Gradual Start Day 2 - New & Move-up CHP & Elem students

Our gradual start days are for all brand-new students in our Children's House (CHP) and Elementary programs to CMEC and all returning CMEC students who are moving up to a new program (CHP 1st year pre-k students, Lower Elementary 1st grade students, and Upper Elementary 4th grade students). If your child is a returning student who is in the same program they were in last school year, they will not be participating in the gradual start days.

**Gradual Start Day 2**
August 20th
8:30am - 12:30pm
Only our new and move-up students will attend this day, no caregivers.
  • 8:30-11:00am – regular morning work cycle in the classroom
  • 11:00-11:30am – outdoor gross motor play for all children
  • 11:30-12:30pm – lunch (pack a healthy lunch for your child)
  • 12:30pm – pick-up for all CHP and Elementary students
