The Annual Fund provides essential, unrestricted support for Columbus Montessori Education Center’s current-year budget. It is a tax-deductible opportunity to impact the school’s daily operations allowing Columbus Montessori to continue to maintain its level of service to our students and their families. The education students receive at Columbus Montessori Education Center is not limited to what is covered by the tuition paid. It was a founding principle, and one we strive to meet today, that tuition remains at a level that allows students of various socio-economic backgrounds the opportunity to have access to high quality, Montessori programming.
It isn’t just the high quality materials thoughtfully-arranged in well-stocked classrooms, low student-teacher ratios and a highly trained staff who receive continuing education opportunities that Columbus Montessori provides for students, it is a second home—“Casa dei Bamini”, as Maria Montessori called it.
From 6 weeks to 6th grade, Columbus Montessori provides the very best education to children appropriate to their development levels. We rigorously work to achieve and maintain affiliations and accreditations at local, state and national levels with organizations that will ensure we bring quality education to our students.

More than $85,000 was raised through the 2010-2011 Annual Fund at Columbus Montessori Education Center.
Nearly 300 current families, alumni, community leaders and friends invested in providing a quality education for our young children at Columbus Montessori. This fundraising campaign provides critical funds to the Center which helps us maintain low student-to-teacher ratios, develop trained and nurturing staff, purchase high-quality learning materials and ensure a safe and comfortable facility.
