We partner with the FACTS Management Company to help manage our monthly tuition collection process, allowing us to spend more time and energy on education, development, enrollment growth and other school related issues, as well as provide a strong, consistent cash flow to meet the demands of educational and operational costs of running our school in these difficult economic times.

All families are expected to participate in the program. It is important to note that FACTS Management Company and Columbus Montessori Education Center never have direct access to your account. The automatic payment process is strictly controlled by NACHA and other banking regulation agencies to be secure, compliant and limited to what has been authorized by the parents.

Parents or guardians who provide an email address will receive a payment reminder via email four (4) days before payment is debited from the savings or checking account. This allows active management of the payment plan should a hardship arrive, or you can “pay ahead” if the opportunity presents itself. A “missed” payment will generate a missed payment fee of $30 five (5) days after the attempt, and an automatic reattempt will be made fifteen (15) days later to give you time to replenish your account.

You will have access to an online customer portal, (by clicking the link above) allowing you to make your payment on line, make additional payments should the opportunity arise, and see all transactions made, saving the school the need to produce receipts for tuition payments.

FACTS will also be providing its Grant and Aid Assessment service to families that wish to apply for financial aid from Columbus Montessori Education Center. This program is a separate program from FACTS Tuition Management, since families that may want to pay in full may also qualify for financial aid based on a family’s calculated need.

Families wishing to apply for financial aid may do so online at www.factstuitionaid.com. FACTS verifies data submitted via tax documentation (IRS 1040 and W2), and stores this data securely, relieving the school from liability issues that can result from the school’s storage of this type of data.
